Print Media The print media is composed of newspapers, community newsletters, wire services, magazines, and other publications. Within these publications, there are two main divisions of labor: reporting and editing. Reporters are the newspaper writers who investigate newsworthy events and interesting stories. Editors assign stories to reporters, edit story content, and decide which stories to print.
Social Media 2 are computer-mediated tools that allow people to create, share, or exchange information, career interests, ideas, and pictures/videos in virtual communities and networks. Please use this category for your research projects pertaining to the three main categories of media, “print media”, “electronic media”, “social media”, and “below the line media”. The media research projects related to woodworking could include research about woodworking websites, movies, newspapers and magazines and many more media projects related to the art, industry and trades of woodworking. An example of a media project may be titled “The Woodwrights Shop” or “Fine Woodworking Magazine”, and the contents of those projects may entail the history of the program “The Woodwrights Shop” or the true facts and statistics of the publication “Fine Woodworking”. Reference all sources. Name all files and images appropriately before uploading to our server. Image and files that contain arbitrary titles or naming conventions will be removed from this wiki. |
